My husband and I went online Friday evening and requested new vehicle information. A few moments later I received a phone call from Luis, an Avondale Toyota sales rep, ready to answer all of our questions. new vehicle information. At the end of our conversation, he gave us his personal cell number so that we could call him should we have more questions. We decided to go to the dealership the following day on a whim to look around. I called Luis to let him know we were there and he quickly met us out in the lot. We found a car that was actually different from what we initially told him we were interested in. He immediately started getting information for us on that vehicle and did everything he could to help us make an informed decision. Our experience was very pleasurable. We felt absolutely no pressure to purchase. It was a very nice change from experiences we've had at other dealerships. We seem to always come back to Avondale Toyota because we feel like we are being helped instead of being pushed. We ended up buying a vehicle that day.
