Miguel was my service rep and he was exceptional before, during and after the service. He was efficient, responsive, gracious, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented. I told him that I would be waiting during and after the service. He was efficient, responsive, gracious, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented. I told him that I would be waiting at the dealership while my X5 was being serviced, so he quickly handled my initial paperwork, estimated 3 hours, and, bottom line, got my car to me in just short of 2 hours.
