After browsing their site for some time, I came across the exact certified pre-owned car I had been hoping to find and got a response to my inquiry within moments from the General Sales Manager himself, Jake Ekstrum. He ran me through the logistics and answered all questions I had. Within an hour or two he had the car pulled around and had me in the great hands of Client Advisor, Stephen Austin. Stephen was outstanding to work with - incredibly personable and professional. He eased all the nerves of my first time car buying experience and went out of his way to advise and assist me. Nearly an all day process, he was completely patient, helpful, and fun to work with the whole way through. Lastly, I worked with Finance Manager, Zack Lee. Zack was incredibly professional and friendly as well. He took the time to make sure I understood every component of the financials and did not push anything on me. I truly felt I was being advised genuinely and not pressured into anything that did not suit me. All of them were on my side and helped me to get the best deal possible, including a student discount and a generous trade-in offer. Amy Bilson in Service has consistently treated us as if we are friends, not just clients, always keeping us up-to-date on what service our vehicles need while looking for ways to save us money. Frank Huff at the Collision Center really went the extra mile to put our minds at ease and bring our BMW to their shop when it was involved in an out of area collision and the insurance company did not want to pay for the towing.
