Jackie was great- not impressed with others Jackie G was a fabulous sales representative. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule, even coming back to work later in the evening after Jackie G was a fabulous sales representative. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule, even coming back to work later in the evening after she completed her shift. She provided me with information regarding the car with no pressure to buy and no pressure to add on upgrades, warranties, etc. I found the other sales reps not very helpful and unresponsive while I was waiting for Jackie to finish with another client. The other reps did not know I was there to see Jackie and never asked if I needed help, etc after 15 min of hovering around the sales desks in the showroom. I finally asked if somebody could help and after finding out I was waiting for Jackie, the sales rep seemed very disinterested in answering basic BMW questions not specific to a particular car. There were about 5-6 reps standing in the showroom conversing rather than helping. Pretty disappointing when you are about to spend almost $50k on a car. More
