The service department is easy to deal with , as is the sales staff. I recently acquired an M Series convertible with the help of David Chapman. I was able to trade in my old BMW, test drive a new car and drive it home in one afternoon. More

I've tried this dealership twice with no luck. I first visited the Concord dealership is 2013 to look at a new 5 series. The salesman wasn't willing answer any of my questions regarding the car. I went for a test drive with him which really seemed like an inconvenience to him. He wouldn't talk to me during the drive other than to tell how to drive and where to go which was only about 2 miles. Not a very informative drive at all. As a result of this entire experience, I went down the street and bought an Audi from a very informative and helpful sales team. Fast forward 3 years I thought I would try to shop for an M4 convertible and while the salesman was far nicer, he was not at all helpful when it came to talking about numbers. The car I wanted was marked up from MSRP $5000. The only "deal" he was willing to discuss was to take the mark up off. He said that this was a high demand car and they couldn't bring the price down at all. After I left, I went home and got ahold of the dealership through Costco's auto program and received an email from the Costco rep at the dealership and quoted a price about $4000 below MSRP without any haggle. I don't want to get into the crazy lowball price they offered me for my low mileage Audi A7 but it sucked!!! Carmax made me a way better offer. This is the closest dealership to my home but I will probably head out to Sacramento when I get my new M4. More
