In the beginning, I waffled between buying and leasing: Mursal remained patient and always answered my questions promptly. Once I decided to lease (again), she took down my criteria and quickly located a compatible vehicle. Not only did Mursal take the time to review the spreadsheet of numbers, she worked hard to get the payments within my budget. Mursal is an excellent project manager. Ahead of my visit, she prepared me for what to expect and followed up with text reminders. The day before pickup, she had Ben in Finance call me to Docusign the contract. He gave me a sweet deal on the lease protection plan and was especially helpful fielding my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, Mursal had my remaining paperwork ready, the car was parked right out front, and I received a thorough orientation from Wren. While I was with Wren, Mursal conducted my return vehicle inspection and took care of my down payment. In all, I was on site for less than 30 minutes!! Seriously, no lollygagging here.
