Fantastic Approach I visited several dealerships over the course of a month, and that's what they all felt like. "Dealerships". The generic high-pressure sales pitches from people who don't seem to care, or in some cases even know, about their product. Then there's BMW Concord. To keep this short let's just make this analogy: they're kind of a like an Apple store. You walk in, there's awesome products everywhere, someone will ask if you need any help, and if you do they'll happily answer all your questions, tell you what they think is cool about this one versus that one, and they have made an obvious attempt to make the actual purchase easier. Plus... they have a "BMW Genius". So it appears they are striving for this customer centric model. They're good. I hope all experiences here follow this pattern, but, just incase they don't, I worked with: Noah and Jennifer, with noticeable awesomeness from the sales manager and the "BMW Genius". More

Every time I texted Gary in the morning to give me a call, he would call me back within 10 minutes or less--even outside of his normal office hours and on his days off. I was surprised and delighted that she asked me questions about what I was interested in before even going to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, Wendy talked me though the cars that she sent to me earlier that morning after our phone call. I test drove the Mini countryman S and I absolutely loved it. During the test drive she showed me the features of the car and was very knowledgeable about the car. During the purchase process everything was so easy. In fact and I believe it was Mr. Arjang who spelled the difference between buying and simply uttering the classic buyer line, “I’ll come back later.” He was a client advisor “extraordinaire.” Mr. Arjang took the whole buying process into a higher level. The thing which I was not able to accomplish with the other 7 dealerships and 2 months of X5 hunting , he did it in less than an hour of negotiating. He did it swiftly. Mr. Arjang was direct to the point. I did not feel the aura of being pressure to buy his car. A practice so common in the industry . There were no open ended sentences. I laid my cards on the table and he took it from there. He knows where I was coming from. And after a few minutes , he already have option A and option B infront of me. He was able to secure a lower APR for me despite my handicap. My dream of owning an X5 came true with the invaluable help from the Ultimate BMW client advisor. He knows his business. And the most important of all......HE DELIVERS. Of course, this could have not materialized if BMW Concord doesn’t have in it’s inventory the particular X5 I was looking for.
