BMW Concord

I went there for my transmission it took all day just to diagnostic then I had to call craig back and then he told me the transmission had to be replaced so we went back to the dealer and craig started add diagnostic then I had to call craig back and then he told me the transmission had to be replaced so we went back to the dealer and craig started adding some numbers on a paper and didn't explain what is was adding up he just gave me a price of 7500 dollars. And then he was saying that the oil filter housing was leaking and the control arm bushing were leaking but I had that fixed already from another mechanic and he just lied all around just to get some extra money. I will not go there anymore or have my friends go there as well very poor service and the lady up front was texting and I was standing there waiting for her to help me and they almost lost my credit card and license. Ken was a great client advisor; Very knowledgeable and available, but not intrusive or pushy. I felt like he gave my wife and I time to look at the used car options on our own, test drive a couple or car available, but not intrusive or pushy. I strongly dislike the strong-arm tactics of many used car salesmen, but Ken didn't remotely come close to that type of behavior. This makes the third BMW I have bought from Ken and as usual it was a very good experience. Even when things don't go right at the get go he does everything he can to correct situations. We just bought a new X1 from BMW of Concord and Brian Perrigo was great, as was everyone we had contact with at the dealership. We came every time with one or 2 kids (and 1 or 2 parents), and they were Perrigo was great, as was everyone we had contact with at the dealership. We came every time with one or 2 kids (and 1 or 2 parents), and they were exceptionally patient and useful. They even let the kids play with the toys in the parts shop and we debated the car, then as we sorted through the paperwork. Their waiting room has fruit, snacks, coffee, and filtered water, and is a nice place to sit. I never felt like we were in anyone's way, which is pretty impressive for spending one weekend and two mornings there (with a toddler and preschooler). I test drove twice, and my husband also drove, and they were able to answer our questions and lead us to the right BMW for us. It is a nice dealership- low pressure and pleasant to be in. Highly recommend it. More
