Placed an order/deposit on a new car with options I wanted. Waited for a month, 3 days before scheduled delivery they called me stating my order was canceled. This was my first purchase at BMW Concord. After a few minutes browsing cars in the lot, J.T came out and introduced himself. He was very down to earth and very pleasant. Very knowledgeable. Tried to ascertain our needs and point us in the right direction. Picked out a beautiful red 128i which drove like a dream. Finishing the deal was again easy and without pressure. I got a fair price for the trade in and the car. Financing was also very pleasant with Marta. Would definitely use BMW Concord and J. T. the next time I need a car. On the other hand, I expect to be driving this beauty for a long long time. More
