Words cannot truly express how I love the Customer Service @ Concord BMW but I'll give it a try!! My experience with the Service Department has been nothing less than exquisite. Specifically, Shane Service @ Concord BMW but I'll give it a try!! My experience with the Service Department has been nothing less than exquisite. Specifically, Shane Garner, a Service Consultant, has made each visit for regualar maintenance a joy! Shane is always welcoming, cheerful, knowledgable and always rises above and beyond the call of duty. He denotes every attribute of a true customer service professional. Any issue, concern was always addressed immediately and with the best outcome. In addition, the service team is always on top of their game when it comes to handling maintenance. Always repairing the issues at hand, the service team goes above and beyond by suggesting possible preventive maintenance. By doing so, I am always kept abreast of the true condition of my vehicle. Their expertise is priceless. This service in addition to the service provided by Shane Garner truly makes Concord BMW #1 in my book! THANKS AGAIN CONCORD BMW!! More

This has been one of the best service experiences my partner and I have ever had. We owned an Acura, Honda, 2 Land Rovers and now 2 BMW's. This is easily the best experience of all of those. Everything was great, quick and professional as far as customer service goes. However, the detailing job could have been better as I did find some parts that were left not completely clean such as dust in customer service goes. However, the detailing job could have been better as I did find some parts that were left not completely clean such as dust in the air vents and xxxx residue left on the wood of the dash. Additionally, the the times could have been cleaned better. However, BMW Concord gladly replaced an interior panel for me that had some paint wearing off which was nearly worth the discounted cost of the detailing service. Tim Renner who oversaw the detailing was extremely professional in helping me out along the process and JR was very friendly and reassured me that I was making a good investment in detailing my car at BMW Concord. They certainly give BMW Concord a good reputation. Overall, the overall experience is definitely deserving of a 5/5. However, next time I get my car detailed, I will be sure to point out the specifics of what I felt needed specific attention in the vehicle before leaving it at the dealership. More

Brought my car in for an inspection and Tim was great in explaining what was included and also what was recommended. Also, the shuttle service to the BART station was prompt. Tim also called to let me know explaining what was included and also what was recommended. Also, the shuttle service to the BART station was prompt. He also recommended what could wait and what shouldn't wait to get repaied. After the work was done, Tim called again to let me know the car was ready and how late they were open to pick up the car.
