Special recognition should go to David Quinn, service representative, as he does an excellent job representing BMW Northwest dealership. Most dealership service departments are a bit hectic and impersonal, as they deal with stressful situations, trying to satisfy customer’s concern's and issues every day. Dave made me feel like I was a valued customer, not just a number.
