Warranty refund waiting I bought a new Bmw from this dealership but decided it wasn't right for me after fifteen months. I had purchased an extended warranty on the car so wh I bought a new Bmw from this dealership but decided it wasn't right for me after fifteen months. I had purchased an extended warranty on the car so when I traded the car in I applied for a warranty refund . That was last September 2016. I have contacted them several times an left messages but no one responds. Recently I was told that Bmw said that a refund was not due! This is basically fraud. As far as I am concerned. I am still fighting this. I will certainly never deal with BMW AGAIN. BEWARE More

Overall very painless My daughter who was initially just along for the ride decided to buy her first car that day. Jeremy was very helpful with her and arranged for a new graduate discount. Buying a new car can be very stressful but not that day. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable also. He was patient bringing up vehicles just so we could look at the upholstery colors. We went through two finance sessions that day with Brett Bostic. Both times were the most painless sessions I have ever had financing a car. Brett was not high pressure when it came to the added warranties etc. that other finance officers have tried to sell me during purchases at other dealers. Overall a very refreshing experience More
