While the work is nearly always perfect, one certainly has to afford the price. Maintenance of your product is so expensive that folks who would like to own a BMW can’t afford the upkeep. Service could be better in terms of time (I realize you have a staffing problem at this time) and communication between customer and rep could be a little better. However, I must say that my insurance company was, for nearly a month, difficult/inefficient/incommunicative…and Sean (Shawn?) Riley, my BMW rep, truly went to bat for me and finally steered the situation where it needed to be. Thanks, Sean! More
