He helped download applications and set them correctly, and followed up with the passwords. He even worked to find a 2nd key for our vehicle. He was an even better Genius than other well known technology stores, because he met only with me; and took his time to make sure I understood everything and said that we could come back if we had any questions. He followed up that evening with an email, and handled the outstanding questions. AWESOME SERVICE! More

Non-adjusting clock change when crossing time zone discussed with Eric Fischer-- I think BMW should install this as an automatic feature in the computer(s), as it currently requires several steps in the computer to correct the time and constitutes a driver distraction. Nonetheless, Eric is a natural teacher and showed me a number of features I had overlooked in my haste to get on the road - all of which have enhanced the pleasure of each errand and road trip. Yes, I'll get to the BMW manual in the glove box at some point, but I greatly appreciate the flash course from Eric. More
