Although i had gone thru (briefly) the manual of my 2015 X1, I learned far more with Eric including important things that are not in (or I overlooked) in the manual. These are things that will truly enhance my experience with the X1 for as long as I have it. My experience purchasing the X1 with Kourosh was also excellent. He could not have been more helpful - both in ordering it as well as in the delivery process. I highly recommend both Kourosh and Eric. More

The Absoulte Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I entered BMW Portland looking to trade in two vehicles for a used 2014 X1 or a new base model X1. I was greeted by Client Rep. Ian Killough immediate I entered BMW Portland looking to trade in two vehicles for a used 2014 X1 or a new base model X1. I was greeted by Client Rep. Ian Killough immediately and he was extremely friendly from the moment we met. He listened to and acknowledged all of my requirements and desires and from that moment forward without question was "in my corner". He never once attempted to waste our time by showing me a vehicle that would not benefit me and investigated every avenue and option for me. He eventually located a brand new X1 that was fully loaded and top of the line and I never would have dreamed this car would be an option for me. After he and his team fought tirelessly to get me the most for my trades they astounded me by making me such a competitive offer on the new X1 that I could not refuse. I ended up with the new X1 for a price I would never have dreamed of and three days later I still have a smile on my face from my deal of a lifetime. From start to finish Ian was very attentive and accommodating and was by far the best sales rep. I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Outstanding end to end experience. I'm a IT professional and live in Seattle area. I recently bought a BMW 328i 2015 MT and given the selected options it had to be custom ordered. After extensive research and shopping around I opted to work with David Padgalskas based on both his excellent offer and especially on the reviews posted online. It was about a 3 months long process end to end, however every step was a breeze: 1. Ordering. All the options selected were ordered correctly by David with no omissions or push for other things I didn't want 2. Tracking. David kept me informed with the each step of the process: production (VIN number), shipping (link to track in real time the ship carrying my car), reception at the dealership (picture of the car fresh off the truck). 3. Delivery. The car was in perfect condition and the price agreed was honored without any problems. David also helped with extremely competitive financing. David Padgalskas proved to be trustworthy, easy to work with, totally transparent and very accommodating. This car is amazing. We knew we fell in love with the car during the test drive. We were going to custom order but our salesman found a car in route to California that was almost a perfect match. Safety was critical to my search in a new car. Had no idea I would enjoy driving so much. Eric really showed me so many short cuts and explained safety features in detail. Plus I had a great time and the car navigated me home and bypassed heavy traffic and accidents. Yeah! More

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about needing a “BMW Genius.” After all, I already own a BMW (albeit older model), I am fairly computer savvy, an To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about needing a “BMW Genius.” After all, I already own a BMW (albeit older model), I am fairly computer savvy, and I had already played around with the car and found it intuitive. However, Eric Devier’s email and call to invite my wife and me to an appointment were super friendly and came with a gas top-off, so why not? We spent an hour and a half with Eric and I was blown away with some of the things I learned, including profiles, using shortcuts, and customizing the car to meet our needs. Eric was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job of answering both my and my wife’s questions and fixed a number of settings thus removing some of the initial “annoyances” that I had assumed I was going to have to live with. It was an hour and a half well spent, and I highly recommend Eric! More
