I was having trouble with a BMW dealer in Seattle--I was quoted a price for a 2014 328d and, when I tried to accept, only the 2015 was available, and it was $3,000 more. After unsuccessfully trying to negotiate, I called BMW Portland on a whim and talked to Wally. He asked me what I wanted to pay, and when I quoted the 2014 price, he (after about 30 minutes) said yes. He made everything after that just as easy, straightforward, and pleasant. Everyone I met at the shop--reception, parts, salespersons standing around, staff who don't need to know me--was friendly and helpful. More

The deal i got on my brand new 2015 x1 could not have been done without Ian and Andrew. They talked me through the process and what would be required and unlike other dealers actually listened to what i was looking for and wanted! there where no hidden costs or fee, nothing but the truth! 2 absolute top blokes!!!! a must for anyone looking for a great deal on the ultimate driving machine!!! Great learning experience I've owned a few BMW's and recently switched models. I wasn't sure it was necessary to take the Genius experience since my car was only a couple of y I've owned a few BMW's and recently switched models. I wasn't sure it was necessary to take the Genius experience since my car was only a couple of years old, but it was so valuable. Eric was super friendly and made our meeting fun. We reviewed some of the old attributes of the car and I discovered some changes that BMW has made to it's new models. I liked how Eric was just as excited about what I was learning. He has a real passion for BMW cars. He was sure to tell me that I could call anytime, if I forget something that we discussed. This new car purchase and Genius delivery allowed me to feel more connected to people at BMW Portland. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. More

Eric Devier is the BMW Genius! It's been 20 years since I bought a new car and the technology has changed a bit since then. After reading the manual I had a stack of post-it ques It's been 20 years since I bought a new car and the technology has changed a bit since then. After reading the manual I had a stack of post-it questions nearly an inch thick. Eric was great! He took the better part of an afternoon to walk me through each one, showing me how to get the most out of a new 435. And after answering all my questions, went on to show me some tricks and set-up that I had not caught going through the manuals - a really helpful session. And to top off the afternoon, he filled my tank! More

I've owned close to if not over 20 cars and I'm 29 years old. I've had a few great cars but none have been a 'pleasure' to purchase which really impacts the overall ownership experience. I was the owner of a VW Jetta TDI and it was purchased new so I was being extremely picky in my search for a pre-owned BMW. David was an absolute pleasure to work with. He never appeared annoyed or offended when I decided a particular car wasn't for me and after deciding on one to purchase after driving about 5 different cars, he never came across as tired or pushy. The whole buying experience was truly one-of-a-kind and I don't know that I'll ever be happier with a car purchase. The after purchase customer service is top notch and I simply can't say enough good. The price we agreed upon was fantastic, they gave me exactly what I wanted for a trade and the whole process was quick, easy and fun. THANK YOU! More

Eric drove from Portland to Woodland, WA (31 miles) and met with me to go over all the questions , and even my repeated questions on the same subject, until I understood the options on my new BMW. I have to say that the Genius Program is far and above the norm in customer service. Eric was prompt, courteous and answered each of my questions with patience and was knowledgeable on each and every question I asked. Thank you BMW for providing this service to every buyer. More
