The first time I came the service was amazing and I decided to go go for the three oil change deal. I came back to get the recall on my car fixed and that didn’t go as well. We were told the fix Would take 3ish days and it took more than 7 with no call. When we were called we waited at the dealer for over three hours. It was a bit of a let down after such amazing service the first time. More

Had a fault on my rear differential and brought it in for service. Got a loaner car from the dealer that was dirty and smeller of air freshener and then after driving for 30 minutes smelled like smoke. Was service. Was told I had to leave my car and they would not even look at it for 3 days. Was then contacted and told the fault was programming and they needed to keep my car and drive it around and wanted to know if the manager could take my car home for the night. When I finally got my car back there was no attempt to detail inside and was told they do not wash outside of cars. This has been the most disappointing service I have had at BMW and cannot believe they allow this level of service. More
