Having a loaner car is nice. Didn’t care for the attempt to sell me a brake job that had been recently done by another shop. Oil cap was left off which causes me to question the QC at this location. Service rep continued to get my name wrong after being corrected. Not a big deal but when added to the other concerns, doesn’t endear me to this place. Probably will look for another service provider. More
