Took my car in after making an appointment online. There was no indication that I would be leaving my car for multiple days, nor was I aware that I would not be able to get rental as I dropped my car. There was no indication that I would be leaving my car for multiple days, nor was I aware that I would not be able to get rental as I dropped my car. After over a week (8 days) I got my car back after being told the problem was fixed, but $2k later it was not. I scheduled a 2nd appointment by calling and the 2nd time around was better. I was able to get a rental and the BMW agent worked with me as I had to leave town while my car was still be worked on. When my car was ready, i was being charged another $1k and I had to call to talk through how much I paid the 1st time and was able to get the 2nd charged dropped. Not a great experience. More

My Service Rep ( Dillan) was just what I needed, most of the time I fell out of place I felll out place..I only walk in to a good price on a 2012 BMW 128I convertible I love this car. The fix was a long list and was under warranty insurance. Dillan had a lot of work to do just dealing with them. It took a long to repair because of insurance and time it take to get parts. Dillard an I worked good together. Dillan new what I wanted and did it. We only called each other 1 from Me and about 5 times from My Service Rep The curtesy car was Fabulous, but I was Glad to get My Convertible back running good and looking good, thanks to Dillan and Portland BMW earned a 5 all around even keep my co pay hundred of dollars.
