I have a 2014 and moved to an outside shop after my warranty was up. More

Took way too long to get my car back. They kept promising to have it done, the didn't have it ready. I would call for updates and no one would return my call. Very disappointed. Overall the experience was pleasant. Portland BMW's inability to detail the car was unacceptable.
