I was disappointed by the gaslighting by my service agent. I felt misled into buying an extended service contract the year before and was surprised it expired before my car was up for service. I’ve been to other BMW dealerships and I was treated more like a family member than someone who can be tricked into buying services/contracts I don’t need. More
