We bought whole set of tires for our X5 and before the warranty expired one of our tire some how got leak air and when we bring to the dealer, the advisor did check it and couldn’t find the leak so he tol warranty expired one of our tire some how got leak air and when we bring to the dealer, the advisor did check it and couldn’t find the leak so he told us to go home and if it leak again then bring it back, the advisor the handle my case then move to other state when we bring it back to check. The new advisor told us the warranty already expired so we need to buy a new one, we’re so mad because when the problem occur it still has warranty, my wife is the one bringing car service and tell my wife to replace a new one, if I were there I won’t let them do it, other tires service is more cheaper, I told my wife we’ll not them doing our service again, one other time my wife bring the X5 to oil change and replace air filter but I said to my wife only oil change and I’ll replace air filter myself but the advisor name Dylan seem not happy about it. I will not recommended any one for this kind of services. More

I like bringing my car for service at BMW Portland the service is typically good and fast. I do wish they would resume washing vehicles as my car has been returned dirty several times now from trees and b service is typically good and fast. I do wish they would resume washing vehicles as my car has been returned dirty several times now from trees and bird droppings and last time I wasn’t provided any documents on the condition of my vehicle and inspection results and on pick up was left waiting a bit too long as my car was brought out and no one noticed so I was sitting around in the lobby when I could have left. Aside from these few issues all the staff is great, professional and communicative and I’m generally satisfied aside from a few issues. More

I’m always contacted when it’s my wife’s car. Too many emails suggesting I need to get the car serviced when it’s running well. There’s no longer a quality coffee machine or bottles of water/soda in the lobby area.
