Great for buying new cars but horrible first service experience. I had a flat tire and needed an alignment. I did not have any indication of having a flat before I got to the dealership. Everyone has been very accommodating and kind. The whole experience of purchasing a car of that value was a positive one. No communication, slow, terrible customer service. Had to take my car back because it took a week fro them to simply do a diagnosis. The service coordinator is great, very helpful and wants to make things right. Unfortunately, it often takes a long time for service to be completed.
