Portland BMW is very conveniently located for us, and they have a very efficient and professional service department, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The folks that greet you when you are droppin they have a very efficient and professional service department, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The folks that greet you when you are dropping off your car are very friendly and helpful—a great first impression. Service reps, like Will Wahlin, are real professionals, and the service techs have done great work for us, for our first 2 service calls. More

Service manager was a straight up xxxxxxx. Told his tech to get my money and get me out of the dealership. Repairs were not communicated clearly and I wound up paying lots for shoddy work. They do a great job & are always professional, deliver on time & are very thorough with their inspection process, so I know exactly what needs to be completed with my X5. time & are very thorough with their inspection process, so I know exactly what needs to be completed with my X5. More
They promised a loaner and didn’t provide one. I waited an hour to see my service manager (who walked by me 6 times without saying hello) and then never did talk with him. Another service manage I waited an hour to see my service manager (who walked by me 6 times without saying hello) and then never did talk with him. Another service manager hurriedly explained the service with out any level of detail and then called a Lyft to take me home. I had a doctor appt that day and it was super inconvenient. Don’t promise a loaner if you can’t provide it. The service then cost me over $1,000. I did some research on what the labor and parts costs should be and I estimate I was over charged by $250 -300.
