Especially during Covid— the Kuni location has always given me a clean car. Last time I’ll ever go back to this dealership. It took several phone calls to get a hold of someone to OK the repair and get the correction on the over charge. My rep never answered the phone. BMW used to have great service. Maybe it’s time to switch up to a new car company. More
