Had a recall service done ,everyone was very helpful and got the service done quickly. After my car was done I noticed them pushing my car out and not driving like I had done when I brought it in.... I wa got the service done quickly. After my car was done I noticed them pushing my car out and not driving like I had done when I brought it in.... I wasn't aware of any issue until I got into my car and tried to start it, which it would not run...they told me they did nothing that would make the car act like this but if I wanted to diagnose it they would have to charge me $200 and that's not including parts or labor.. I thought this was a little unfair since i brought my car in running and driving...I towed my csr home and replaced the fuel pump because I could not hear it come on when I turn the key on and now my csr runs again... overall they bmw team is great just with I would have gotten a little more help rather than them shrugging their shoulders cause I didn't have 200 for them to run a diagnostic test More
