Service writer is very "beat around the bush" when it came down to answering questions. Went in for a diagnostic of a specific issue (misfire). Then was told that I "have" to commit to 2hrs diagnostic came down to answering questions. Went in for a diagnostic of a specific issue (misfire). Then was told that I "have" to commit to 2hrs diagnostics because the parts I have installed wasn't from that specific dealer! ($225/hr). Having no other option (didn't want to my drive car in that condition) after originally being told when scheduling over the phone that it would only cost $210 for a FULL diagnostic. Long story short, received a report telling me my tires were fine. My brakes were fine? They basically gave me an inspection sheet. When I was paying them to problem solve an issue and not tell me things I already know. At the end I paid in full and received my car back in the exact shape it was in, without even one clue to what my problem was. This service department is a joke. Daniel was my service advisor and he's about the shadiest advisor I've worked with. Never coming back to this dealer. If I'm going to literally give money away, Ide rather give to a charitable organization. More
