In general staff is friendly, provides loaner vehicles when necessary. Scheduling is strange, they make you schedule a time to drop off vehicle, tell you it could take an unknown number of days to complet when necessary. As soon as service is done they hound you and expect you to return the loaner immediately, my service rep was actually quite rude. Somehow they don’t care about your schedule and expect you to bend it to what suites them. How about I make an appointment and you just service the vehicle at the appointment time? More
