I've never had a prolem with any employee at any BMW dealership. This dealership is no exception. The service and communication were excellent. I've owned BMW's for 30+ years and the real problem is they can't always diagnose what the issue is with your car and BMW seems very reluctant to honor their warranties. In short, personnel are not the issue other than they can't seem to keep their good mechanics. In my case, my car went in with the check engine light on and came out with the light on and went in again and now the check engine light is on again. I'm almost positive the techs didn't test drive it very far. Once they reset the light, I think they wanted it out the door. More
