Even after closing, the finance department took the time to thoroughly walk me through the maintenance package options rather than rushing through the paperwork. A year later, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my overall experience with BMW San Luis Obispo. Scott Inman has since moved on from Sales at the dealership, but I've become familiar with Jeffrey Thompson (JT) through bringing my car in for washes, and when I'm ready for my next BMW, he's who I'll be reaching out to. One more perk worth mentioning for locals: you can bring your BMW in anytime for a complimentary car wash, and it's not just a quick drive-through rinse.
