Ultimate Driving Machine"? More like the ultimate hunk of junk. I kept telling my young adult son how BMW was the ultimate driving machine, and he said, "I think we should get More like the ultimate hunk of junk. I kept telling my young adult son how BMW was the ultimate driving machine, and he said, "I think we should get a Mazda." I told him, "you haven't driven until you've driven a BMW." Boy was I wrong! This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life and I've owned three Mercedes, two BMWs (this being my second), two Jeeps, an Acura, and a Range Rover. I spent a year researching and trying to find a quality, safe vehicle to share with my son, and this turned out to be the worst thing that could have happened. He said right away, "it drives like xxxx." Even after taking it back twice , being dismissed "that's how X Drive drives " and being without a car for a week so they could "make repairs," nothing was fixed. Some young kids at a local tire and repair shop were able to point out serious issues within minutes things the dealership ignored. And my son was right it still drives like xxxx. When I asked what they were going to do, their idea of "resolving" the situation was trying to sell me an even more expensive piece of junk and take more of my money instead of fixing the car I just bought. Now I'm stuck with an unsafe, undrivable vehicle. BMW of San Luis Obispo does not operate with integrity. The used car department is careless, corners are cut, and vehicles are not properly vetted. Customers are left with unsafe, overpriced cars that should never have left the lot. Profit is clearly prioritized over safety and transparency. On top of that, they don't respect people's time. I've spent hours upon hours dealing with them, only to miss an annual family vacation because of this mess. Most importantly, the fact that this dealership and its personnel have no regard for the safety of the people they sell cars to is completely outrageous and I expected much, much more from a BMW dealer. Shop elsewhere your money, your time, and your safety are worth more than what you'll get here. More

I purchased a 2022 BMW X5 M5 Cash and shipped to Texas. Their communication was horrible. Now when I was researching the vehicle they kept calling but once they receive the wire transfer, I had to check Their communication was horrible. Now when I was researching the vehicle they kept calling but once they receive the wire transfer, I had to check on the wire transfer receipt (and we have the same bank), delivery, title and anything else. It took me 2 weeks to receive my vehicle. And even then I had to call them to tell them that it was delivered. And the over-charged me for the transport per the driver. The salesman Carson provide me with some many misinformation, starting with vehicle will be ship once the payment was received to not provide me with the tracking of my vehicle. The only time I knew my vehicle had arrived once one the truck pulled up in my neighborhood. If you are buying out of state this isn't the dealership for you at all miscommunication to no communication at all. I'm paying CASH for a 2022 BMW X5 M5 and they still ran my credit. More
