Surprisingly unexpected experience. Recommended! I walked in thinking this would be an experience just like any other dealership. However from walking in, I could sense something was different. I had communicated with Stephanie back and forth through email on what I was looking for etc, and decided I would show up just to view the vehicle. If everything worked out I had pre-decided I would purchase. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised she had car parked in front lot ready for showing. With it being black Wednesday I could understand the staff wanting to go home early. Stephanie did say she also had to go and transferred over to Tony who was also very friendly and courteous. Really appreciated Tony going extra mile and staying late to go over the features of car, never did I feel rushed. Tony performed all the computer work then transferred to Finance to finalize. At the end of the day I got a deal that I was happy about and commend the staff for doing an awesome job. I was in and out of dealership with car within two hours and will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I personally will most likely go back to this dealership. More
