"These guys are unreal! Rob (service advisor) and Ersom..."

These guys are unreal! Rob (service advisor) and Ersom (technician) did what my other Mazda dealer wouldn’t. I came in with car rattle issues on my brand new Mazda 3 2019. I took the car back to Mazda of Evanston 4 times to get the problem solved and nothing. They claimed they couldn’t duplicate the problem 4 times despite me showing it to them, and sent me on my way. I had enough and drove an hour to Crystal Lake to give these guys a try because I had heard good reviews. Rob and Ersom went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed. Ersom foam insulated virtually the entire car, tested each speaker individually, put all my components back together properly (something that Evanston failed to do twice), cleaned the interior of the car (Evanston left two massive smudges on my white leather interior once), filled my tank and cleaned the whole interior and exterior. Rob kept me in the loop the whole time, texting me updates over the course of the two weeks they had the car. NIGHT AND DAY is all I gotta day. Car sounds great too but I’m more impressed with the customer service! I know crystal lake is a hike from the north shore but xxxx it was worth it! Thanks Rob and Ersom!

I went to this dealership to get an oil change for my Mazda and I left the dealership with a new Mazda. I was looking for some info regarding a possible trade for a new vehicle and ended up getting such an excellent service from Jordan that I decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. My first time visiting Crystal Lake Bmw was amazing!!!!! ---------I recommend them to anyone with a BMW even if you're 100 miles away. -------- Their customer service from walking all the way to getting my car serviced was top-notch....... I was greeted by Michelle Who is in sales and I recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW or Mazda or any other car she has a great resources for any car brand and can find you the best deals around. Then sat with Heather who is a BMW genius walk me through my car and taught me things that I didn't even know it did and she was determined to make sure that every question was handled correctly. her expertise ,knowledge and passion for Bmw's got me even more excited for my new car. For my 1200 mile check up the service department welcomed and greeted me with the feeling that I was Dwayne Johnson walking in. Thank you Derek!!!! I visited this dealership for the first time and was working with another person in service who I feel left me hanging. I was going to pick my car up and not come back, but rob saved me as a customer. He helped me when I came back in to get my car and he was AWESOME! He was so professional and helpful, he really seemed to go out of his way to help me and answer all my questions. Other dealerships seem to get you in and push you out the door. I have dealerships that are closer to me but I will definitively make the drive back here just to see Rob! Thank you Rob!

"Better customer servyce"

Car never gets washed. Other dealerships do free car washes without having to ask. No one ever greets when pulling the car into the garage. Car is always out of place in terms of settings and always has smudges all over the steering wheel.
