I did not feel rushed nor pressured to do anything until I was completely satisfied with what I was purchasing. It is customer service like this that makes lifelong clients of a business. When I had moved to Toledo I continued to make the two hour drive to Akron because of the service and fairness that I have experienced at this location. Great Experience I was looking for something reasonably inexpensive but comfortable for long commutes. Mark Stacy was able to help out and understood my needs. Finance department was great and found interest rates less than BMW finance for the purchase. No pressure into buying ridiculous add-ons. Completely refurbished the car to where it looks almost brand new. Put me in a loaner while paperwork took several days (due to an out of state title transfer on my end) even when I said I didn't need a loaner. I am definitely recommending BMW of Akron to people who ask. More

When I visit the dealership I feel assured that I will be working with honest and knowledgeable BMW representatives. It does help to have the same familiar face greeting me as I arrive at the showroom. Eric Eisenhart has been my client advisor over the duration of my experiences driving BMW's. My husband and I have had a number of different models in the past 25 years and my most current selection was an X-3. I have owned an X-1, X-3 and X-5 and Z-3 as well as 300 Series in the past and have never felt more secure in a car. Eric continues to amaze me! I don't really know how anyone can be so consistently patient, kind and considerate. He has gone beyond any standards of making me comfortable in a vehicle. I know that if I have a question, he will have an answer. I truly feel blessed to have the opportunity to purchase my vehicles from DW BMW with Eric's guidance in determining what best suits my needs. worst car repair to take car Needed belts and tensionor replaced. week later sitting at red light car over heats and exploded my coolant reservor, after looking around the engine Needed belts and tensionor replaced. week later sitting at red light car over heats and exploded my coolant reservor, after looking around the engine radiator fan connector was unplugged. Never never had any kind of problem of over heating like this. changed the reservor my self. A week later again keep getting low on coolant. Didn't wanna take my car to any service place anymore now. After looking at hoses found out those xxxxxxxx unplugged my lower radiater hose and never put the metal clip that holds the hose. Had to buy the hose online and it came with the clip. Replaced it my self and guess what walahhh no more leak. I'm not a mechanic but they should fire all of those slackers and dip s**ts whose working and ruining peopls car on purpose. More
