Today was one of the worst experiences at a service center I have ever had in my life. I went in for an oil change at 1:00 p.m. and I did not leave until 4:45 p.m. After several attempts to ask why it center I have ever had in my life. I went in for an oil change at 1:00 p.m. and I did not leave until 4:45 p.m. After several attempts to ask why it was such a delay I was simply told that there was something going on with the oil that they had and later was told that they were training a new individual in service. At no time did I have an opportunity to speak with the service manager because he / she apparently wasn't there. I do not recommend this location for any type of service, if a simple oil change cannot be completed in the proper time limits. This was my first time at this location I have had several experiences with different dealership service centers such as Audi, Cadillac, Lexus and they have all been quite Superior than the experience that I had today. I will say the only one person who saved my perspective of this location was A.J Wiggins. My husband and I are visiting my parents for the holidays and we wanted to make sure that we take care of my mom’s of this location was A.J Wiggins. My husband and I are visiting my parents for the holidays and we wanted to make sure that we take care of my mom’s BMW before we leave. Moreover, we have years of relations with owning multiple bmws and getting serviced at our local bmw dealership. The closet location to my parents were in Alexandria and Fairfax. We chose this location because we were able to secure a loaner in a short notice. Honestly, despite many unethical events and going back and forth while working with a different advisor and supervisor, they honored the total price for service and parts which should have been done in the first place. When my mom and I went to drop off the loaner, the only person who showed professionalism, consideration and integrity was AJ Wiggins. He asked if we were helped, seeing that we were waiting for a while and showed me and my mom consideration and also made sure that he updated us as things were slowly progressing. Despite not being the assigned advisor to us, he showed considerable willingness to help. If I have any friends or family who needs recommendation for this location, the only person I would refer is A.J Wiggins who is the service advisor. He is the only person that we felt who went outside and beyond. Thank you for doing that. It is these type of professional attitude and actions that will make a customer come back while building trust. This is done not out of personal gain but it is the right thing to do. I could feel that. And that is why, I wanted to write this long review for him. He earns it. More

The sales team is deceitful they sell “ certified “pre owned vehicles that aren’t certified. After 4 months of owning my car I find out it is in need of service that should have been done before it was so owned vehicles that aren’t certified. The service team is slow and has poor communication skills there service department doesn’t keep oil or oil filters in stock I’m sure these aren’t the only things not available for repair they give loaner cars and tell you it will take a few days to get to your car so keep the loaner until your car has been serviced I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone and after this experience I’m contemplating on getting rid of this car and not buy another BMW More

But the sales manager Michael Bolgar was the most inconsiderate and rude sales manager I’ve ever met thinking he had me into buying a car because I drove all that way I would’ve rather walked back too New York then purchase a car from him if that explains my experience better lol . Went to another bmw dealer in a different state purchased a M3 there with the best experience and management and staff who exceeded my expectations. More
