It was a friday night at 6pm I bought my car in with three different sensors on,I was in a panic cause I needed to get back home to NJ, Well Maryam had my car done by 1130am On a Saturday,of all days sh three different sensors on,I was in a panic cause I needed to get back home to NJ, Well Maryam had my car done by 1130am On a Saturday,of all days she made it happen. For this I will always be a customer with them.Since I travel between nj and dc so often its nice to know I can get great service in both states. I recently purchased a BMW diesel from BMW of Alexandria. My primary point of contact throughout the research and sales process was Paul Blakeman, aka "your car guy". The experience was extremely pleasant and I can highly recommend Paul and the dealership. I did some comparison-shopping and the prices offered by BMW Alexandria were very competitive. Paul's diligence, patience, and responsiveness (in person and via email) are exceptional. I test drove two cars two times each and took some time making up my mind without being rushed or pressured. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, Paul helped guide me through the process with patience and clearly a lot of experience. He provided regular updates as my ultimate driving machine was built in Germany and shipped across the Atlantic. Once it was delivered, he made sure I could pick it up and was properly introduced to its great number of features - he even did so after-hours when I got stuck in traffic on my way to the pick-up. Unlike other car dealerships in the DC area, I look forward to working with Paul and team in the future - although I hope for my car to spend most of the time on the road rather than in the shop. I can recommend BMW of Alexandria and Paul Blakeman specifically! More

From the time I walked into BMW of Alexandria, until the time that I left, I was treated with the upmost respect as if I was one of their family members. My wife and I met Paul Blakeman who ensured that we time that I left, I was treated with the upmost respect as if I was one of their family members. My wife and I met Paul Blakeman who ensured that we were comfortable and understood what it was that we were looking for. I was impressed by this because even though I knew what I wanted in a car, my wife did not. Paul took the reigns and made sense of the jargon I was using to explain to my wife, that the car I wanted was a beast. My wife got a full walkthrough of the car and was shown everything that was important from not only a safety standpoint, but also from a functional standpoint. I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge as well as the level of patients used in explaining everything at least 5 times over. Paul is an expert in the car industry and was extremely professional in our car deal. His dedication to customer service is unwavering and is an excellent example of what a car salesman should strive to be. BMW of Alexandria is an outstanding car dealership, and if you choose to purchase "The Ultimate Driving Machine", I HIGHLY recommend that your first, last, and ONLY place to purchase a vehicle is at BMW of Alexandria. I bought a BMW 335i from Carmax and within the year of purchase the vehicle broke down while on my way to work. Since I had purchased the extended service plan I decided to take it to BMW of Alexandria fo purchase the vehicle broke down while on my way to work. Since I had purchased the extended service plan I decided to take it to BMW of Alexandria for service as I have been doing for regular maintenance. The Service department gave me an estimate of the repair and since the car had Carmax' extended warranty, I thought that fixing it shouldn't be a problem. but after almost a week of jumping through hoops with Carmax, I decided to ask BMW for a trade in. They took my broken car as a trade in for the full Book value of the vehicle, gave me a 2013 X3 as a loaner for the entire week at no cost to me. And set me up with one of the best Client Advisors in the business, Mr. Rick Lopez, who did not rest until he found me the perfect deal. Mr Lopez is courteous, knowledgable, friendly and overall dependable, he went the extra mile to make sure I found the perfect BMW for me. The last words Mr. Lopez said to me before I drove away were "Do not forget you got the BMW family on your side". Thanks to all the friendly people at BMW of Alexandria; like Kenneth Roche, Mike Arata, Kate Richardson and Rick Lopez. I had the best experience anyone could have while looking for a car! More
