Believe the negative reviews you see here wrt their service department. Terrible customer service; they actively look for ways not to honor their own promotions once they have you in the door; less tha service department. Be wary of any ” recommended repairs or services here”. Finally took advice of several friends who switched to BMW Fairfax for service and the experience is night and day. Worst service department. Had my car for a week and half before I got the estimate. Dropped the car on Nov 2. I decided not to complete the service (estimate was $12K), then took me 2 days to get a live body to answer the phone to confirm I could come pick it up. Once I arrived to pick up, it took 30 minutes to retrieve the car. No sales staff is good enough to make up for the abysmal service side of the business! More

The battery on 2021 X5 SUV Hybrid suddenly died after no warning signals. Dealer charged us almost $600 to install new battery despite having 7 yr extended warranty. Thank for the opportunity for feedback. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with. My daughter is in DC, I am in Georgia. She went in for an oil change. Her appointment was at 1:15 this afternoon and did not get checked in until 2:00. So 45 min late already. She waited until 5:05 to get her car. I left numerous messages and never got a call back and had to speak with someone in sales to have the person go out with my daughter to figure out what was going on. Even the person that checked her in was shocked she was still there after 5:00. This is a prime example of a service person taking advantage of a teenage girl who brought a car in for a 1 hour oil change that took nearly 4 hours after arriving for her appointment. There was absolutely no communication with her during this entire endeavor. She missed a different thing she was supposed to be at around 4:30. I would appreciate a call back from the General Manager to discuss this and what they would like to do due as compensation for this ridiculous showing of service. I have had BMWs before and every other dealer has been great. This one was awful to the point I was ready to call Arlington PD to come in and see what the issue was. One positive thing, Isaac was great in talking to my daughter when she started to have some emotions due to the event she missed and had been looking forward to. Again, I expect a call from the GM as early as tomorrow. More
