Very nice sales experience David Simoles was great to deal with. The only issue I have with not giving5 stars is the time I had to wait for the after market sales guy. We had our 330xi custom built and Dmitry was there for us through the entire process -- from helping us choose among the different packages to keeping us updated about the production process, shipping from Germany, and arrival at the dealership. He was always ready to answer any questions and solve any concerns we had. He is by far the best salesperson we have ever had compared to those who worked with us in our previous five cars. To be honest, there is really no comparison. But what made this truly a one-in-a-lifetime experience was the surprise Dmitry had prepared for us when we picked up the car last Thursday. We found a welcome sign with our names in front of the car and a bow for my wife on top of the trunk, and the car had been set up on the floor of the showroom itself! Dmitry not only made the entire process a breeze, but went well above and beyond expectations! Thanks!! More

Amazing experience I worked with an awesome relatively new salesman at Daniel's BMW dealership on securing a new lease, Ross Banks. He was excellent- very down to earth I worked with an awesome relatively new salesman at Daniel's BMW dealership on securing a new lease, Ross Banks. He was excellent- very down to earth, relatable, and friendly. I didn't feel like we were being pressured at all. He also helped me with a random low tire pressure on my old lease after hours when the service section of the dealership closed (took the car and filled it with gas! so nice). Ross really went above and beyond and helped me with negotiating down my final price to enter into a new lease agreement. I love Daniel's BMW and Ross is our new go-to guy. More
