The worst experience I ever had !!!! I blew a radiator hose 5 min from dealership on my way to philly for a trade show. I realize i did not have a scheduled appointment . I asked if they I blew a radiator hose 5 min from dealership on my way to philly for a trade show. I realize i did not have a scheduled appointment . I asked if they could fit me in quick they said no problem. It's only a radiator hose that I could of done myself in a half hr. They had the hose in stock and took the car in right away. Needless to say that was the beginning of a 7 Hr. wait and a 565.00 dollar bill. The hose cost me 36.00 at advanced auto, they charged me 104.00,it took there " BMW certified mechanic 7 Hrs. to change a hose i could have done in 30 min. in my driveway. I missed the whole trade show and got xxxxx on the cost of the job. Job cost estimator said it should be between 350.00 to $400.00 total. If that mechanic worked for me that would of been his last day on the job. My normal mechanic. said he would of charged me 150.00 to do the exact same job. He told me I should of called him he would of drove to Allentown and fixed it in a parking lot within an hr. of him arriving I would of been on my way. I must thank Daniels BMW for the F_ _ _ ing I got. Its one I will never forget. More
Service Appointment to Sale Went in for routine service on my 335i xDrive and while waiting for it, I took a look at some different cars. While looking, I found a nice CPO 535i x Went in for routine service on my 335i xDrive and while waiting for it, I took a look at some different cars. While looking, I found a nice CPO 535i xDrive. David and I worked out a great deal so a service appointment turned into a sale. David was great to work with and was totally no pressure. He was knowledgeable about the car and everything BMW has to offer. When my schedule could not allow for delivery to take advantage of an incentive, David and Rick went out of their way to provide same day delivery. Todd and his team from service took great care of my 335 and got the 535 ready in no time. Overall great experience and look forward to continuing to work with this dealer. More

No pressure, knowledgeable staff - easy experience Came to Daniels to explore buying my first BMW. I submitted my indication of interest through their website and was quickly met with a warm email from Came to Daniels to explore buying my first BMW. I submitted my indication of interest through their website and was quickly met with a warm email from Kelly. After exchanging emails for a few days, I went in for a test drive and was met with friendly, knowledgeable answers to all of my questions. I came back a few days later to meet with Dmitry, another member of the sales team who was also very helpful. Upon that visit we quickly made what I deemed to be a fair deal which felt more like a collaboration than a "me vs. them" mentality. Went to pick up the car a few days later, got the full run down, and was on my way. Definitely a painless experience. More
