Needed to use BMW roadside service for a blown out tire. They were great! They arranged to have my my car towed to Daniels. The long-awaited car arrived just as ordered. The staff was exceptionally helpful with a 'no-rush' attitude and responses to all questions. Did not have to ask for insurance transfer -- it was just done a was exceptionally helpful with a 'no-rush' attitude and responses to all questions. Did not have to ask for insurance transfer -- it was just done automatically, license plate transferred and kind change to earlier acceptance date I needed. Came to light that I had left the garage opener in the house and no way to get in ------- a knowledgeable tech guru followed me home and was able to fix my problem as well as sync my cell phone!!
