Initially I wanted a certain car and it was not available at any dealership where I looked (Raleigh, Hickory, Atlanta, and Asheville). In the beginning he did not have what I wanted or the terms were not what I wanted. While other dealerships stopped calling me, or they called just for to be courteous, Trenton went to work. He did call me to stay in touch. But, each time we made progress. Eventually we worked out a deal where I have a new car and terms that I wanted. More

I was not planning on buying a BMW but had to pass by on the way home. I stopped in and they had a car that fit what I was looking for Trent was my salesperson. After spending much time with me, I finally settled on the first car I saw. I felt no pressure and was very happy with my choice.
