Despite making an appointment at 11 am, my vehicle was not assigned to a technician until 2:20 pm. I did not leave until 4:35 pm with a loaner vehicle because they did not have the correct oil filter in s not assigned to a technician until 2:20 pm. I should have been compensated for my time, and the prices for labor and such are outrageous. More
