Our BMW X3 had been at the Visalia location shop for over 3 weeks due to an engine replacement. We picked it up this morning and were on our way from Visalia to San Diego when we were in Delano the service light came on. We were extremely frustrated after just picking up the car. When we came to your Bakersfield location, Carolyn immediately helped us by contacting the Visalia location so she could access the situation correctly and get all the information firsthand. Knowing that we were on a time constraint she helped us with our options for rental cars (even speaking with the CarMax representative) if that was going to be needed. We just really appreciated that Carolyn was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond. We will definitely be back for all our service needs! More

The staff at BMW make you feel like a family member rather t Elie was my salesman here and what a great experience I had it had to have taken 20 minutes from when I test drove the m2 to finalize the transaction.
