Also to Parts Dept. Jesse Clemente, who took the time to locate the missing wheel lock key. Upon arrival, when we stepped out of our car and began walking the lot, we were given time to look around for a minute or two and chat, and then we were warmly welcomed and greeted with friendliness and courtesy. When we explained our wants, they were met. We were engaged with integrity, not pressure or greasy sales tactics. We arrived later in the afternoon on a Sunday, and even though our questions were many, every question was answered and they took the time explain things to our complete understanding. The BMW team that we worked with stayed with us until the sale was complete, which was way passed closing time. They extended to us a few niceties that felt like things that they would only offer to 'family.' This world we live on is not a perfect place, so a couple of hiccups that were had, were quickly ironed out and taken care of so that we were smiling again. They took care of us quickly, with genuine concern, and treated us with respect and integrity. We are proud owners of our mini and would absolutely, hands down, give BMW of Bakersfield solids.
