My experience with service I love coming to this location to get my car maintenanced. I ONLY go there for service help from MELISSA! She will literally go out of here own way to you. I always have one million questions and need answers she's always there to asssit me. I went there before and had another employee help with my car a couple months back I did NOT get the attention I wanted for my car I was very upset when I left the gentleman seemed like he was in a rush to get me out kind brush everything I had to say. Every time I go I strictly ask for Melissa! She's great and gives outstanding customer service !!! super friendly and understanding and will be very honest and will guide you in the right direction about your car! More

Incompetence, dishonesty and cowardice I own a 2001 BMW 740IL in near mint condition. My navigation system was suspected of draining my battery. It needed to be replaced or re-programmed. A I own a 2001 BMW 740IL in near mint condition. My navigation system was suspected of draining my battery. It needed to be replaced or re-programmed. After agreeing to run a diagnostic for 175.00 Dollars, they later refused to do so unless I first bought a new battery for $550.00 Dollars. This meant i had to spend $725.00 for the diagnostic and a battery. A new navigation device is between $2200-$2700.00 Dollars or it can simply be be disconnected. They then agreed to use their battery to run the diagnostic. I thanked them. The manager then called me and told me. "We do not do that". I asked why the change of mind. He repeated "we do not do that". I went to pick up the car the battery was dead. They could not boost it. I went home. I came back to pick up the car. The manager never came out to explain why the change of mind. Three visits, nothing accomplished. Bad news. Stay far away. I called to tell them I was going to post my complaint and offered to send them a copy in advance. The never returned my call. More
