Incompetence, dishonesty and cowardice I own a 2001 BMW 740IL in near mint condition. My navigation system was suspected of draining my battery. It needed to be replaced or re-programmed. After agreeing to run a diagnostic for 175.00 Dollars, they later refused to do so unless I first bought a new battery for $550.00 Dollars. This meant i had to spend $725.00 for the diagnostic and a battery. A new navigation device is between $2200-$2700.00 Dollars or it can simply be be disconnected. They then agreed to use their battery to run the diagnostic. I thanked them. The manager then called me and told me. "We do not do that". I asked why the change of mind. He repeated "we do not do that". I went to pick up the car the battery was dead. They could not boost it. I went home. I came back to pick up the car. The manager never came out to explain why the change of mind. Three visits, nothing accomplished. Bad news. Stay far away. I called to tell them I was going to post my complaint and offered to send them a copy in advance. The never returned my call. More
