Yet, just as equally important is having a service department that keeps it that way. I've been fortunate enough to have met Angelo, the shop manager, at BMW Bayside. There is something to be said when you can entrust your car with someone. Every time that my car has been serviced, Angelo always makes sure to provide me with the ultimate service experience. I am never inconvenienced when my car needs service. He works around my work schedule and if needed, provides me with a loaner car so that I can continue my everyday schedule uninterrupted. While in service, he checks in with me and explains the needs of my car and always makes sure that my car is returned to me at its peak performance. I am truly blessed and so very thankful for his hard work and dedication to his job and he deserves the highest commendations. More

My experience with service I love coming to this location to get my car maintenanced. I ONLY go there for service help from MELISSA! Incompetence, dishonesty and cowardice I own a 2001 BMW 740IL in near mint condition. My navigation system was suspected of draining my battery. It needed to be replaced or re-programmed. A I own a 2001 BMW 740IL in near mint condition. My navigation system was suspected of draining my battery. It needed to be replaced or re-programmed. After agreeing to run a diagnostic for 175.00 Dollars, they later refused to do so unless I first bought a new battery for $550.00 Dollars. This meant i had to spend $725.00 for the diagnostic and a battery. A new navigation device is between $2200-$2700.00 Dollars or it can simply be be disconnected. They then agreed to use their battery to run the diagnostic. I thanked them. The manager then called me and told me. "We do not do that". I asked why the change of mind. He repeated "we do not do that". I went to pick up the car the battery was dead. They could not boost it. I went home. I came back to pick up the car. The manager never came out to explain why the change of mind. Three visits, nothing accomplished. Bad news. Stay far away. I called to tell them I was going to post my complaint and offered to send them a copy in advance. The never returned my call. More
