Very good at allowing us to drive several cars and explaining the benefits. The buying process was very long and did not have time to explain how to operate all the technology. Will need to return for explaining the benefits. The buying process was very long and did not have time to explain how to operate all the technology. Will need to return for more instruction More
Very dishonest company please beware! !! I purchased my brand new 2021 X5 from this dealer back in 2021 and keep my vehicle serviced since that Recently, I got quoted $270 for oil change !! I purchased my brand new 2021 X5 from this dealer back in 2021 and keep my vehicle serviced since that Recently, I got quoted $270 for oil change and brake fluid change service when I call this dealer They told me some special promotion going on so I booked appointment But when I dropped my vehicle they show the bill for $480 plus tax. I mentioned promotional quote I got but he can’t honor promotion price because my vehicle is too NEW??? 21 model with 58000 miles vehicle is NEW? And what kind of promotion is just for the old model and not qualifying newer model? I think this is totally xx their own customers This is typical bait and lure tactics for rip off customers Please don’t waste your time and gas to this dishonest company Find other dealer or service center Very disappointed and never want business again More

I must appreciate your sales person Michael Moses who took his time to give detailed feature of each car and made me make the right choice. Bearly a week after acquiring my car, there was leakage from panorama and called Moses who was serving his leave days, he had to cut off his leave and showed up to ensure that I am attended. He immediately scheduled an appointment with Service department manager (Brian) who intern allocated an advisor (Austin) to me. Austin was very resourceful and within an hour gave me a feedback and plan on how to work on my vehicle. Austin and Moses called back after 3 days to let me know that parts are ready and I can bring back the vehicle at my earliest convivence. Soon after bring the vehicle, I was offered a courtesy car to use while mine was being fixed and in 3 days time my car was ready. More

Buyer beware! !! I’ll start by saying my buying experience was great, but that is where the ball stops. I bought my preowned x3 m40i with 28k miles on the clock in !! I’ll start by saying my buying experience was great, but that is where the ball stops. I bought my preowned x3 m40i with 28k miles on the clock in August, and with 35k miles on the car as of today, the car has been in the shop 4 times. The first time was for rear brakes 3 months after taking ownership of the vehicle, even though it was certified. Service told me I was on the hook and it would be $1200, but there’s no way the brakes were in need of replacement after 3k mi and being “inspected” for a certified vehicle. I went back and forth and talked with the GM and they agreed to replace the pads, but not the rotors (even though both are suggested by service). The decent thing to do would be to take care of it, as I was a new customer but I had to jump through hoops to get the bare minimum. I also had issues with the thrust bushings which were difficult to obtain and caused me to be in loaners for over a month. 2 days after getting it back in December, the active grille shutters went out causing me to take it BACK to the shop for the third time. Then 2 weeks ago on a cross country road trip, the fuel door locking mechanism quit working and I had to stop mid trip in Salt Lake City BMW and they didn’t have the part so they had to break the gas tank and then tape it until I could get to my final destination. TAPE on a BMW. Luckily I purchased the service contract as I’m familiar with the cost of BMW service and maintenance, but I have never had a car in the shop this frequently in this short amount of time; the warranty has more than paid for itself in 7 months of ownership. I’ve since spoken to the dealership and informed them that I do not have confidence in this vehicle for the long haul and would like to trade for something different, but was basically told I was out of luck and that I’d have to cover $14k of negative equity. I paid $38k 7 months ago and they are offering me $24k to trade it in. Keep in mind this car has been in the shop 4 times in 7 months and I didn’t even have the car for 1 month and 2 weeks. Absolutely asinine. This dealership is only concerned about their bottom line and not the experience of their customers. I do not recommend. More
