This dealership is better than most of the other luxury dealerships in town. I got a distinct snooty vibe from the Porsche and Mercedes of Bellevue dealerships, and it basically drove me back to BMW of Bellevue, where they are always nice to us even if we're dressed down and look like hobos. It's amazing how often I'm approached by non-sales people there, sincerely offering to help with anything I need. In comparison, Mercedes of Bellevue locks the cars on the sales floor, and their staff made it too awkward to ask if I could sit in one. The entire process for purchasing our two cars this year was lovely. Alp was our salesperson for both, and it was lovely from beginning to end. We love our cars. More
