Bad service! Never go here. 0 out of 5 stars I never write reviews but after what I experienced, I had to inform people to stay away from this dealership. I think Clif Newton should not be in the service profession, he does not know how to work with people. Reading comments about this dealership makes me wonder if BMW is doing something with these complaints. I would give 0 stars is possible, More

My husband and I went to the dealer to see X1 without making an appointment with any sales rep then we were treated poorly. Two years later, I found a good deal on a car that I liked, so I immediately made an appointment with Jason Leca. We had a check book ready, cash ready, insurance wasn't ready; however, everything went smoothly to purchase the car with more discount. They took care of my car insurance after the purchase. Just one thing, before taking the new car home, they detailed the car but it was rough. Tiny bit of blue tape (on new parts) was still being seen and tire pressure was too low. (just under 29 instead of 32 or 35) We had a good experience at the dealer, so my husband decided to service his car there. His car looked fine and they even vacuumed inside the car. We've received a couple of follow-up calls from the dealer after the purchase. More
Poor customer service, condescending attitude If you are going in for service, avoid NICOLE! She is a service adviser yet the ANTITHESIS of customer service. Leased a car then purchased it - Horrible customer service I leased a BMW X3 in 2013 and decided to purchase it at the end of the lease. Since that was my first time leasing a vehicle, I was not sure what my o I leased a BMW X3 in 2013 and decided to purchase it at the end of the lease. Since that was my first time leasing a vehicle, I was not sure what my options were. I went to BMW in Bellevue where I leased the car to find out about my options. My lease was going to end in a few months. Since I had low mileage on the car I knew the car had a higher value than what BMW would offer so I decided to buy it. The process was very confusing. The sale guy obviously couldn't care less since he wasn't going to make a ton of money on that sale. They wouldn't even detail the car because I got a loan at BECU with a lower rate. Fine. I also gave them a check of $10,000 so my monthly payment would be lower. Unfortunately, a month later I received an email from BMW Financials to tell me that my monthly payment was overdue and that if I didn't pay within 5 days, I would be reported for bad credit. I called BMW Bellevue immediately and no one could give me a clear explanation. I called 4 times and NO ONE returned my calls. I called back BMW Bellevue who told me that it was very weird that I gave a check to BMW as it should have been handled through BECU who is responsible for paying the balance due. I talked to Nick (don't know his last name) who told me that he would personally take care of this and call me back. He pretty much insinuated that it was my fault since I bought the car a few months before the lease was over and that created confusion. I explained to him that the BMW salesman told me that it would make difference to purchase it now or later! Two weeks later still no news, the balance on BMW Finances is still showing, and I still have not received my license plates. I called again today, I was told that "Cory" was going to take care of it and not to worry. A day later still no answers. At this point, I am ready to contact my lawyer and get BMW to court. People lease and purchase cars all the time. I guess they are still in business because of Microsoft. Otherwise their customer service is as bad as Comcast. Actually I get somewhere with Comcast but it might take me two hours. So far I talked to about 7 different people and not one person has helped me. It's been close to 3 months since I purchased my car. Very disappointed customer. More

BMW of Bellevue was not hostile or deceptive which is typical of most dealerships. If you want a new BMW, please go see Jason Leca at once for a truly humane car shopping experience! We also dealt with Charles Schaefer and their manager Nick Wilcox who were also thoroughly helpful. More
Liars I bought a car from this dealership from out of state. The sales guy told me IN WRITING that the car was in EXCELLENT condition. I asked specifically I bought a car from this dealership from out of state. The sales guy told me IN WRITING that the car was in EXCELLENT condition. I asked specifically to please tell me all of the imperfections of the car since I am buying sight unseen and I am solely relying on him to tell me about the car. When the car showed up at my house, excellent condition was not the case. Both rear door panels have hole punctures in them - from what, I have no idea. Also, the right door panel looks like it was previously fixed and now the "fix" is failing. There is a pretty big door ding on the rear door panel above the tire well; this was not disclosed either. The driver seatbelt is twisted to the point where the seat belt needs to be removed from the insert of the car and twisted back around to be correct. Does this sound like an excellent condition car? No it is not. And are they taking any responsibility for the things that I have pointed out to them that I have in writing stating that the car is in excellent condition, NO they have not. More

At first sight, the car seemed to be what I was looking for and my first experience with the sales rep was nice - I did a test drive and we discussed at length about the car. I told them that I'm looking for a trade with my current car and the ballpark of what I consider a fair trade. The sales rep gave no indication that my financial expectations are unachievable. One of the managers sent me mail, and I explained to him my financial expectations, backed with cargurus.com and kbb.com data, to which the only answer was that they certify their cars, they are top shape and they need to see my car to make an idea if the trade could meet my numbers. Fair... It all went downhill from there. Everything they did showed they only care about making top dollar - they are extremely nice with potential buyers. The moment I started talking about not agreeing with their sticker price, the nice attitude turned to something else: - the car they had for sale was far from top condition, with thousands of dollars worth of fixes, though they were adamant to sell it at a top condition price and they wouldn't budge on price. They agreed to fix the car AFTER I buy it. Their final counter offer shaved off so little from the sticker price, it was laughable. - the offer they made on my car was at the lowest possible; I know that because the dealership I bought from offered me a much better price. - both the sales rep and the sales manager were inflexible in their stance and did not really want to negotiate anything but just bully me into accepting their offer. I've been told by the sales manager he is sure they will sell the car anyway at the price they want, so why bother negotiating with me. - I've gotten to experience name calling (emotional, unreasonable, have no idea what I'm talking about, I should defer decision to my spouse) and, even funnier, one of the service people told me that's OK if I'm not fluent in English, they will take care of me (or my money). Yes, I do have an accent; yes I have been in the country for long enough and went to post-graduate education enough to know I'm far from "not fluent" in English. Having an attitude of superiority against those who are in effect most capable of purchasing their wares does not help. - if this was a sales experience, I wonder what would a servicing or, God forbid, a repair experience be? Bottom line, I left with the firm decision to never attempt to do business with this shop ever again. As luck has it, an almost identical car with the one offered by them popped on the market and I bought it from another dealership that made sure my buying experience is top notch. More

Very bad SERVICE and never every go there! Last time when I had my car for diagnosis due to whistle noise from engine side. They charged me $200 for the diagnosis and gave diagnosis report Last time when I had my car for diagnosis due to whistle noise from engine side. They charged me $200 for the diagnosis and gave diagnosis report with only total price saying it will cost $4500 + tax (written in pencil) and that also not grantee the issue will be fixed. When I asked for detailed quotes, they said simply do the service here and we will give you the detailed quotes. Who will do the service without knowing what exactly are you changing and not even giving grantee that the issue will be fixed. I took the car out and gave it outside where I was given $1800 including tax and gave grantee that the issue will be fixed and if not the labor charge is free to address the issue. Gave the car and the issue got fixed and the total expense came to $1800 including tax. Not tell me whether you choose BMS Bellevue service were you have told the cost will be $4500 + tax with no grantee vs $1800 including tax with grantee. Never ever go to BMW Bellevue Service at any cost. Also think you can easy check is, the oil service. Both in BMW Seattle & Northwest they will have some coupons for $80 oil service includes oil change, filter & reset the meter. In BMW Bellevue they say they will match, however the catch is they only change oil but not filter & wont reset the meter. Then why the xxxx you are say, we will do price match on the service. More
